Overview
This 2025 Peterbilt Model 536 medium-duty chassis is configured as a day cab, application-coded for city delivery hauling other commodity freight. It's fitted with a 26' Lyncoach dry van body and rides on a Class 6 chassis rated for 26,000 lbs GVWR. Estimated chassis weight is 12,338 lbs.

Engine & Drivetrain
Powered by a PACCAR PX-7 engine rated 250 HP @ 2,400 RPM, governed at 2,600 RPM, with 660 lb-ft of torque at 1,600 RPM — PACCAR Efficiency Series, 2024-emissions compliant. Paired with a PACCAR TX-8 8AP660 automatic 8-speed transmission (no cooler, PTO-provisioned), an SPL100 driveline with 2 midship bearings, a TP650N torque converter, and a column-mounted RH shifter. Equipped with a VGT exhaust brake, Horton on/off fan clutch, high-efficiency cooling system, and PACCAR fuel/water separator with standard service interval. EMUX electronics architecture with engine idle shutdown timer enabled; powertrain optimized for fuel economy with a typical operating speed of 68 MPH. Electrical system includes a PACCAR 160-amp brushed alternator, PACCAR 12V starter, two PACCAR premium 12V starting batteries (2,000 CCA), low-voltage disconnect system, and a battery disconnect switch mounted on the battery box.

Chassis & Axles
Class 6 chassis weight rating of 26,000 lbs GVWR (maximum axle ratings 10,000 lbs front / 21,000 lbs rear); GAWR is 10,000 lbs front and 21,000 lbs rear, with a GCW of 26,000 lbs. Front axle is a Meritor MFS10 rated 10,000 lbs with a 3.5" drop; rear axle is a Meritor MS21-14X rated 21,000 lbs on a 5.29 ratio, single drive. Braking is handled by Meritor EX+L optimized air disc brakes front and rear with a 4S4M ABS system, riding on PHP10 aluminum preset+ hubs. Steering is a Sheppard HD94 power steering unit with a frame-mounted reservoir. Frame consists of 10-5/8" steel rails (385"-444" length range) at 5/16" thickness with an HD 5-piece crossmember at the back of cab. Wheelbase measures 271", with a cab-to-axle of 203.5" and cab-to-end-of-frame of 323.5". Maximum grade rating is 6%. Finished with a tapered, chromed steel front bumper featuring 2 tow points.

Suspension
Front suspension is mono-leaf springs and shocks rated 10,000 lbs. Rear suspension is a PB low air leaf setup rated 21,000 lbs (light-weight configuration), with a dash-mounted dump switch and suspension indicator light.

Cab & Interior
Peterbilt Aero 107" BBC SMC hood with a molded charcoal crown and aluminum cab, finished with a bright hood crown. ProBilt interior in charcoal gray with a curved roof and thermal insulation package. Sears air-ride driver seat (high back, vinyl) and Sears 2-person passenger seat (non-air-ride, low back, vinyl) with an under-seat toolbox; driver's armrest on the RH side. Adjustable tilt/telescoping steering column with a Peterbilt logo steering wheel. One-piece curved windshield, fixed 1-piece glass rear cab window, power door locks and power windows, and a combo fresh-air heater/air conditioner. Cab air suspension included. Stainless steel outside sunvisor and motorized, heated Peterbilt Aero mirrors with integrated convex lenses, plus a black-housed look-down mirror over the passenger door. Audio is a ConcertClass AM/FM radio with weatherband and 3.5mm aux input on a standard 2-speaker package. Equipped with global telematics hardware and SmartLinq remote diagnostics, plus wiring provision for a DriveCam system (forward-facing camera only). Instrumentation includes a 7" digital cluster display with transmission oil temperature readout, air restriction indicator, a 52mm backlit air suspension pressure gauge, and a dual-scale speedometer (MPH over KPH), along with two additional dash switches. Exterior lighting includes composite fender-mounted headlights with integral DRL/park/turn/side marker (auto-on with wipers), five chrome-housed aero LED marker lights, two fog lights recessed in the bumper, and LED stop/turn/tail/backup lights at the end of frame. Also equipped with an air horn, electric wipers with intermittent feature, backup alarm (107 dB), fire extinguisher, and triangle reflector kit. Finished in a single-stage Axalta paint scheme: white cab, hood, fenders, hood top, and cab roof over a black frame.

Body & Equipment
26' L x 102" H x 102" W Lyncoach van body (outside dimensions), with inside dimensions of 25'10" L x 102-1/2" H x 96-1/4" W. Features a radius front in .063 aluminum tread bright finish, .032 seamless roof skin riveted around the perimeter, and 1" anti-sag roof bows on 24" centers. Lighting includes Trucklite LED flex clearance lights with stop/turn/tail on the outer rear roof rail corners (Lyncoach plug & play wiring harness) and 3 LED dome lights with a switch at the left rear. Sides are .040 pre-painted white aluminum with rivets on 2" centers over extruded aluminum Z-posts on 16" centers. Interior lining is 1/2" exterior plywood on the front wall and 3/8" exterior plywood on the side walls, protected by 12" corrugated steel scuff on the sides and front. Two flush-mounted E-tracks run the sides only, positioned at 24" and 48" from the floor. Floor is 1-1/8" hardwood, undercoated, over 3" I-beam crossmembers on 12" centers (hot-dipped for corrosion protection) and 4" I-beam longitudinals, reinforced above the rear wheels with 3/16" steel. Includes a forklift package with extra crossmembers on 6" spacing and a 24" crash plate. Rear end is stainless steel with a flush-entry design, grab handles, and a composite roll-up rear door. Equipped with a 3,000 lb Level Ride Stowaway liftgate, including a 60"x80" aluminum platform with dual cart stops.

Tires & Wheels
Front tires are 11R22.5, 16-ply, Continental EcoPlus HS3+. Rear tires are 11R22.5, 14-ply, HDR2+, in a dual configuration (4 rear tires). Mounted on Steel Armor wheels, 22.5x8.25 with PHP10-5 hand holes, front and rear.
