Overview
This 2025 Peterbilt 567 conventional day cab is configured as a construction dump truck, built for on/off-highway hauling of construction materials, fitted with a 16'6" TCM steel dump body.

Engine & Drivetrain
Powered by a PACCAR MX-13 engine rated 455 HP at 1,600 RPM (governed 2,200 RPM) with 1,650 lb-ft of torque at 900 RPM, 2024-emissions compliant (model year 2025 engine). Paired with an Allison 4500 RDS-P Rugged Duty Series (Gen 6) automatic transmission in a 6-speed configuration with a dash-mounted lever shifter. Equipped with a PACCAR compression brake, engine brake controls on the RH column, and EMUX electronics architecture. Rear axle ratio is 4.30, set for a typical operating speed of 62 MPH. Additional equipment includes a PACCAR 160-amp brushed alternator, PACCAR premium starter, three PACCAR premium 12V dual-purpose batteries (2,190 CCA), low-voltage disconnect system, 2-speed fan clutch for frequent start/stop duty, Wabco 25.9 CFM air compressor, PACCAR fuel/water separator, high-efficiency cooling system, dual self-cleaning pre-cleaners (under-hood mounted), firewall-mounted air cleaner, and a single RH side-of-cab exhaust with under-cab DPF/SCR. An immersion-type block heater (110-120V) and a remote PTO/throttle 12-pin engine-bay provision are also included.

Chassis & Axles
Front axle: PACCAR FX-20 steer axle rated 20,000 lbs with a 4" drop, taper leaf springs, and Sheppard HD94 dual-gear power steering with a frame-mounted reservoir and cooler. Rear axle: Meritor RT46-160 rated 46,000 lbs, paired with a Hendrickson EXS13 self-steering pusher axle rated 13,500 lbs (49" pusher axle spacing from the forward drive axle centerline) for a tandem rear configuration. Equipped with diff lock on the tandem axles with speed interlock, air disc brakes front and rear, heavy-wall drive axles, and a dash-mounted lift-axle regulator with switch and gauge. Ratings: GAWR 20,000 lbs front / 23,000 lbs rear, GVWR 79,500 lbs, GCW 80,000 lbs. Wheelbase measures 226" with a cab-to-axle (CA) of 139.8". Maximum grade rating is 6%. Frame consists of 10-3/4" steel rails at 3/8" thickness with a full steel inner liner, aluminum crossmembers, and zinc-coated anti-corrosion treated rails. Finished with a tapered chrome steel bumper (two tow points), heavy-duty external tow eye, and an aluminum space-saver battery box mounted RH BOC with side access.

Suspension
Hendrickson HMX EX 460 rear suspension rated 46,000 lbs with a 54" spread (Haulmaax, 70K creep rating). Cab air suspension included.

Cab & Interior
Aluminum day cab (VOC 115 BBC) with Metton hood and stainless steel crown/grille with tilt assist; no sleeper. Premier interior finished in Sterling Gray with rubber flooring. Peterbilt LX premium-level driver seat (air ride, high-back, Mordura trim) and Peterbilt ST non-adjustable passenger seat (Mordura trim), plus driver/passenger armrests. Multi-function steering wheel with integrated audio/cruise controls and a tilt/telescoping column. Vanity mirrors on inside sunvisors, textured NFPA-compliant exterior cab entry grabhandle, one-piece curved windshield, power door locks/windows, and a combo fresh-air heater/air conditioner. Stainless steel outside sunvisor, motorized and heated Peterbilt aero mirrors with integrated convex lenses in body-color housings, plus a black-housed look-down mirror over the passenger door. ConcertClass AM/FM radio with weatherband and 3.5mm aux input, standard 2-speaker package, Bluetooth phone/audio, USB port, and a Cobra 29LX CB radio with weatherband and antenna. Global telematics hardware and a 5-year SmartLINQ remote diagnostics/OTA subscription are included. Also equipped with a thermal insulation package, removable bugscreen, electric windshield wipers with intermittent feature, auto-reset circuit protection, and a toolbox under the passenger seat. A 15" digital cluster main instrumentation panel displays engine oil temperature, transmission oil temperature, air filter restriction pressure, brake application air pressure, engine hourmeter, turbo boost, engine percent torque, and pusher axle pressure. Backup alarm (107 dB) and a traction control deactivation switch are included.

Body & Equipment
16'6" TCM steel dump body (96" OD / 86" ID width) with 54" sidewalls plus inverted angle, built from 3/16" AR500 TUF steel for the deck/floor, sidewalls, bulkhead, and tailgate. Longsills are 6"x3"x3/16" tubing with a 2" rubber riser; the deck features a rolled radius with 12" front shedder plates for cleanout. Top rail is 4"x4" tubing with 2"x2"x1/4" inverted-angle gussets; bottom rail is 7-gauge formed steel with aluminum treadplate on the slope and face. NWW-style tarp eyelets are installed on the side sheet, along with a Treadgrip ladder featuring a 3-rung retractable ladder and inside steps. The bulkhead stands 67" tall (configured for the Peterbilt 567's under-cab air horns) with a spring-loaded shovel holder. Hi-lift tailgate has a cylinder mounted in the rear posts, a full-size access panel, 6" slope, smooth panel gate, an 8" welded-on dump apron with 3" drop, and TEBCO reflective tape on all four corners. Steel cabshield with wind deflector (24") is fitted with an AEROFORCE tarp system and a 7'x20' vinyl tarp with 6" flaps. Lighting meets FMVSS 108 with an LED lighting package plus clear oval strobes on the cabshield face and rear posts. Hydraulics include a HYVA A 7-3-137 hoist kit, front-mount pyramid oil tank (standard size), 1-3/4" rear hinge, in-dash PTO switch, HYVA PTO (Allison-SM-4H-0450-F0.907-12V M) with electric control kit, HYVA gear pump (085L-BI-4H3-CVP, 22.5 gal), HYVA tip valve (HT-TNK/SAE-1150-170-P1"-1/4"), APSCO integrated pump control tower, HYVA pneumatic air cut-off, and a HYVA body-up indicator with light on the control tower. Also equipped with a back-up alarm, standard TEBCO mud flaps front and rear, and a Buyer's DBV-3500 electric vibrator. Body is finished in black; cab, hood, fenders, and roof are white with a black frame (two-stage Axalta paint).

Tires & Wheels
Front: 315/80R22.5 tires (20-ply) on Alcoa 22.5x9.00 high-polish aluminum wheels. Rear (tandem drive): 11R22.5 tires (14-ply) on Alcoa 22.5x8.25 high-polish aluminum wheels. Self-steering pusher axle: 275/70R22.5 tires (18-ply) on Alcoa 22.5x8.25 high-polish aluminum wheels.
