Overview
This 2025 Peterbilt 567 conventional day cab is configured as a construction dump truck for on/off-highway commodity hauling, fitted with a 16' Ox Maverick dump body.

Engine & Drivetrain
Powered by a PACCAR MX-13 engine rated 510 HP at 1,600 RPM (governed at 2,200 RPM) with 1,850 lb-ft of torque, 2024-emissions compliant, set up for a typical operating speed of 65 MPH. Paired with an Allison 4500 RDS-P Rugged Duty Series automatic transmission in a 6-speed configuration with a dash-mounted push-button shifter, auto neutral activation with parking brake, and Allison Neutral-at-Stop. Equipped with an engine compression brake (MX), a PACCAR 160-amp brushed alternator, PACCAR premium starter, three PACCAR premium 12V dual-purpose batteries (2,190 CCA), a 2-speed fan clutch, high-efficiency cooling system, dual self-cleaning pre-cleaners, and a dual exhaust with chrome-finished elbows and 36" chrome standpipes. Driveline is an RPL25 with one midship bearing. Rear axle ratio is 4.30.

Chassis & Axles
Front axle: PACCAR FX-20 steer axle rated 20,000 lbs with a 4" drop, taper leaf springs, and Sheppard SD110 dual-gear power steering. Rear axle: Meritor RT46-160 rated 46,000 lbs with a differential lock on tandem axles (speed interlock), paired with a Watson-Chalin SL13 self-steering pusher axle rated 13,500 lbs (includes one air tank). Air disc brakes front and rear. GVWR is 79,220 lbs (GAWR front 20,000 lbs / rear 23,000 lbs). Wheelbase measures 238". Frame consists of 10-3/4" steel rails at 3/8" thickness with a full steel inner liner, zinc-coated anti-corrosion treated rails, aluminum crossmembers, and heavy-duty iron front spring brackets. Maximum grade rating is 6%. Stainless steel quarter fenders (braceless) included.

Suspension
Peterbilt Air Trac rear suspension rated 46,000 lbs with a 54" spread, air springs with internal bumpers, and a dash-mounted dump switch with suspension indicator light.

Cab & Interior
Aluminum day cab with Metton hood, stainless steel crown and grille with tilt assist, thermal insulation package, and SmartSound cab insulation. Prestige interior in Sterling Gray. Peterbilt LX premium driver and passenger seats, air ride driver seat, high-back driver and passenger seats, leather seating surfaces, and driver/passenger armrests. Premium leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel with integrated audio and cruise controls on a tilt/telescoping column. ConcertClass AM/FM radio with weatherband, Bluetooth phone/audio, USB port, and a Cobra 29 CB radio with weatherband. Motorized, heated aero mirrors with integrated convex lenses, plus a look-down mirror over the passenger door. Cab air suspension, power door locks/windows, one-piece curved windshield, and a digital instrument cluster with a 15" display housing engine, transmission, axle oil temp, and air pressure gauges. Backup alarm (107 dB), fire extinguisher, anti-theft system, and global telematics hardware included.

Body & Equipment
16' Ox Maverick dump body (Body ID 87) with a tube-and-channel crossmember frame, straight front and rear body styles, and 66" sides. Side/front panels are 10-gauge A36 steel, tailgate is 7-gauge A36, and the floor is 3/16" A36 plate. Cabshield is narrow and centered with a 24" projection, 65" width, and oval light cutouts. Electric Mountain-style tarp system (10'-16' coverage) and an air-operated standard tailgate with 3-point horizontal bracing. Heavy-duty dump apron (12"), aluminum skirt coverings (up to 16'), and aluminum boards (up to 17'). Equipped with a 22" hitch rated 25 tons with glad hands and 7-pin install, reversing alarm, steel gravel guards, full LED lighting kit (cab shield, side, and rear light sets), and a body lighting junction box at the EOF. Tailgate ring rest sits 30" from ground to pintle. Paint is a two-stage Axalta finish in Viper Red, matched across cab, hood, and fenders, with a black frame and clear coat added on the body.

Tires & Wheels
Front: 315/80R22.5 tires on Alcoa high-polish aluminum wheels with mirror-polish outer surface and Dura-Bright finish. Rear: 11R24.5 tires on Alcoa high-polish aluminum wheels, tandem drive, mirror polish and Dura-Bright finish, with wheel guards fitted between drums/wheels and between wheels. Pusher axle: 11R22.5 severe-service tires on Alcoa high-polish aluminum wheels, mirror polish and Dura-Bright finish.
